Best/Good Place to rent in DA-LAT city?

I am planning to stay in DALAT for at least 3 months out of a year, which 2-3 miles out of city limit is fine with me.
If you know (a) which area is best to stay, (b) price range, and (3) any negative/problem may associated with it.
Thanks for any suggestion/feedback/comment, etc...

I love Dalat very much. it is my favorite place in Vietnam. I have some friends there, so I will ask them to help you. but let me know the time you plan to stay ? just only you so I think you can rent a room in a villa.
