Not an expert but i've worked for Google (Adwords) and Microsoft (Bing) as a SEO specialist. What are you trying to do exactly? Set up campaigns to get the brand out there or trying to use search engine to generate revenue?聽 Where are you located? what salary are you willing to pay?

we are trying to acquire members to the site. we need like 100 000 members in about 6 months. our budget is 2-10k a month.
