Cost of living in Wroclaw

Hi Guys,

I am a graduate in IT and have got 5 years of experience in software development / web application. I have been offered a job in Wroclaw. I am single person.

What is the average salary of an professional with my experience in Wroclaw?

Also, if I wanted to rent out 1 bhk flat, want to be able to eat out 1-2 times a week and perhaps, treat myself to a very good restaurant once a month or two, go out drinking (usually starts off with beer and ends up with cocktails), visit other parts of Poland/Europe once a month or two for a weekend (mainly backpacking/staying in hostels), and perhaps, join a gym.

On this sort of a lifestyle and keeping other basic utilities in mind,聽 what should I tell them as my expected salary?

Hi Arun.
Salary: 8000+ PLN gross (it depends on company, programming language and so on.. it could be more than 10000 PLN gross easly)
Flat: 1400 - 2500 PLN / month
Food: 30-80 PLN / day (markets, shops, cheap bars)
Restaurant: 30 - 100 PLN / meal
Beer (in a bar): 6 - 12 PLN
Gym: 5 - 30 PLN / 1 visit

Of course everything depends on you style of living. It's from my experience.

I am 5.5 years experienced in Dot Net.
I have 1 more query.
If I say 8k netto then based on the tax deductions, what would be the gross amount for it?
