Very difficult to do... the Brazilian government makes it 10 times harder for citizens of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh to obtain VITUR Tourist Visas than they do for any other nations. Even if they do grant a visa, it is almost never a 5 year, multiple entry, 90 day stay visa that is granted to most other nations, but rather a single use visa that will allow a visit of anywhere from one week to 30 days. They generally will not consider granting a longer visa until the applicant has made one successful visit to Brazil and returned home.
