Hi,

We are currently looking for a local business partner based out of Colombo, Sri Lanka who would help us set up gyms across the country.

We have the master franchisee of an international gym chain for Sri Lanka and are looking to foray into the country as soon as possible.

This will be a joint venture between our company and the local partner.

So its not a JV its actually Ankit Desai selling gym equipment and a brand name and walking away?

No it's not that. We would be running the business also. It's not selling of gym equipments, we are not into that business.
