Abu dhabi property agent won't give landlord info

Hello all. So we are renting a 1 bedroom in Abu dhabi and we need to discuss something with the landlord. MPM told us they do not have our landlords information and had us ask our apartment management office they also said they don't have it ..had us call another property management.聽 They also said they don't have it. What can I do about this? Any advice. We have never met our landlord don't even know if it's a man or a woman. Something doesn't seem right we rented the apartment through MPM and it has been nothing but problems.
