Looking for vietnamese manager In Nha Trang

Hi there,
I'm helping a friend finding a vietnamese manager for Leisure and Sport Entertainement new project coming up in Nha Trang. The right candidate must live in Nha Trang already and speak fluently english, others requirements:
-Strong leadership, friendly personnality
- Candidate must be able to manage team, train new employee
-the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
-Ensure a well customers service,
-Achieving sales and profit targets goals,
-purchasing equipment and supplies, order/delivery
-organising special promotions, events
Applicants must be fluent VIETNAMESE - ENGLISH,
