working environment in Kabul for Indian as it consultant

Hi,My name is Dhananjay I m from India, I got some offer from Dubai based company to work in Kabul as IT consultant, I want to know about salary structure that i need to ask Dubai based company for Kabul and what is the security bridges and accommodation  in Kabul ? is it safe for Indian or not...

a part of this if any thing need to ask with my new company kindly suggest me because i m totally new for this new place.
