What would you do if somebody propose you a cheap flat to rent, but its far from all basic amenities. You will take it anyway?

yes if some body propose me a cheap flat but there is transport from this place ..I will accept to take it.

Then the best thing for you first will be to find a job, and seek an accommodation in that area. Or best, find a work that provide you accommodation.
