Dear expats!
Please can you share your knowledge and experience.

We're moving to Malta in September to start a new job and looking at car options.

In the UK we have a leased car (which we are handing back and temrinating the lease early)-we really like leasing because there's no unexpected cost, normally includes maintenance and can hand it back at the end of the 2-3 years.

So I'd love your help with my questions please!

1. Are there similar leasing options in Malta?
2. Are the costs comparable?
3. Does anyone have any experiences of doing this?

Any links /websites would be really appreciated - Google just seems to show long term rentals from Avis and the likes.

Hello,

We decided to bring our car ober to Malta
But I am told leasing is an option on the islands
A friend suggested to us Gauci car leasing
I'm sure there are lots of other's doing it but its worth a good old google

Hey

I moved to malta in April and have got a brand new Peugeot 208 on lease/hire for 1 year for 鈧�375 per month inc Vat. Sounds a lot I know but cars are expensive. The price includes insurances, servicing and taxes. Even free car washes! All I have to pay is the petrol.
