I would like to rent somewhere near the beach/centre of town/nr hospital (NOT far out of the town centre) suitable for myself, husband and children 1yr and 3yrs.

House must be safe for children with all mod cons (air conditioning, running water) and be fully furnished.

We are students so are on a budget but willing to pay to get a nice place.

Dear Emily,
i received your enquiry just yesturday.so i proceeded to do the research and i've got a very decent place just like you precised for you and your family.the place is in town about 10 min walk to the beach and in a safe and clean environment.you have a decent hospital just around the corner.you have all rooms air conditioned and water running 24/7.the rate per month is 300.000 cfa(about350 pounds sterlings).
now you have to confirm if you are interested for reservations and tell me when exactly you will be arriving and your destination.

Why do you want a room near of the beach? You can even find about 20 mn walk to the beach. Due to your financial means i can look something better and less expensive for you.
