As I recall, there may be a place but the price is prohibitive.
I was laughing so hard at that acronym I couldnt see the keys to respond - but I am composed now. Very funny 
I've been in Thumama Park today, passing by the air base - there are two clubs / schools there: one mentioned by WTENGEL - Wallan Aviation and another one called - Saudi Aviation Club
There were two pretty old Cessnass there
