Not sure they are cheap(est) but many use Guldhedens Flyttexpress ( 46 31-16 44 42 ), I have no access to a van or I would help for a pizza or two =P
Also googled cheap moving companies (in swedish etc) and found "031-flytt", no clue if they are good or anything but according to their web site they charge 400sek/hour for a car and driver, or 600sek/hour if the guy also should be carrying stuff (if i understood their site correct). 46 738-100 017 or info@031flytt.se
