Working in Saudi and want to live in Bahrain

well thats pretty easy !

All you need a letter from your company to rent an apartment and consider  you are holding Saudi Iqama , every time you drive to Bahrain , you get 15 days on arrival visa.

I just did this process. It is actually quite easy, but like with most things in Saudi people make it complicated.

All I needed to do was for my company to agree.
After that the process was to find a place and then to get CPR no and Residency in Bahrain for my family. Also straight forward process.
In order to get CPR you will need the following documents
1. Lease agreement for property in Bahrain
2.Complete the form for Visa and residence permit
3. Copy of your passport (and for every family member)
4. Copy of your Saudi iqama (and for every family member)
5. Birth Certificate of children (showing you are the father)
6. Marriage certificate
7. Multiple Exit/Entry visa for KSA
8. Letter from your company authorising Bahrain Minister of Interior to issue you with Multiple Entry Visa for Bahrain (Stamped by Chamber)
9. Letter (seperate one for each family member) authorising Bahrain Minister of Interior to issue them with Multiple Entry Visa for Bahrain and Bahrain residency (valid for 2 years). Stamped by Chamber

That is it. It took me 2 weeks for my company to give me all the letters.

You can do this yourself or get an agent in Bahrain to do it.
I used an agent and she is very helpful.

The cost is 24 BD for the CPR and 30BD for the agent (per person)
