I am from newyork, try to planing move in romania short time, if anybody can give me some idea about the romanian town name (CAPINA) i was reading from interent but its not good info , i would like to learn from real romainan people, i hope you guys you dont mind to share with me some info, thank you all and have great morning romania...

I have never heard of Capina, maybe Campina. That s a small city near Bucharest, where the police force has an academy. Could u give us more info?
