I was thinking about just buying a place already built. I hate dealing with contractors. Right now I have a roofer doing my roof in Canada and they are on their second week. They originally said 3 days but its a steep roof and high. I knew it would take at least a week but at this rate it will be a month. It is a big house though.
Anyway I don't want to have to deal with builders and timelines and crap. So I think better to have it already built and just buy and move in.
Only request I have is on the beach so if I buy it will be either a house at LCBC or a house or condo in Trujillo area.Â
I have figured out how to avoid the shady cab drivers and the dangers of travel by just taking a helicopter from the airport right to my house or condo. The quick and safe ride will be worth every penny.
