Tunisian Driving Licence - Where to apply?

Applied nearly 2 years ago in Sfax for driving licence.AS you may have guessed have received nothing.Any advice on where to apply.Have lived here 5 years and really need to get this sorted out.

Try to apply through a driving school (Auto-ecole) in Sfax or Tunis.
