Can I take personal loan in KSA and send it to india?

personal loan here in KSA is at 2% interest rate and same in India is at 13-17% interest rate, So, can I take a personal loan here and send the loan amount to India???

You can send any amount to your home country from the remittance center, as far as you have legal receiving documents of the amount (from where you received that amount)聽 which you are transferring to your home country.
Remittance center will ask you to provide the proof.
