Can foreigners work as self-employed in Montenegro? What are the formalities to work as a freelancer?

What are the pros and cons of this status: social security, tax system, etc.?

How is the freelance market in Montenegro?

Generally speaking, for this kind of job, you will need to have employer from abroad.
Pros are nice weather, healthy environment, clean air and most important low rate income tax (9%).
About cons we already discussed here a lot, biggest problem is how to organize visa for longer stay in MNE, in this present situation Montenegrin low about foreigners is very strict and tricky, which means it is very hard to get visa, even if you have all papers and you are qualified!
