How to get Married to A Russian in Cairo

I am an Egyptian/American and I want to Mary my Russian Fiance in Cairo! I want to know what is the easiest way to do get Married because everyone i ask have a different way to do it ! which made me confused, She had an Entry Visa stamp at Cairo Airport upon Arrival and i don't know who long is it valid for?

She must have an entry visa for 25$ when she arrived to cairo, this visa is for one month, and it can be prolonged in mugamma. You can marry her, only when she has visa, if it's expired, u will not be able to marry
