we stayed in hopkins in feb 2015 and ate at the local eating establishments and our apt we stayed in had a small kitchen. we ate a lot of eggs but would also like to try cooking more of the local foods, so does anyone have any easy receipts you would recommend?

Perhaps you might try the Belize forum, I take it you are looking for recipes, not receipts.

There are many easy recipes like bread omelet,聽 bread butter, cheese bread, instant noodles or fruit salads. It will be the best option. I think salads and fruits will keep you healthy and fit.
