How much would a studio or room near Tahlia Street will cost?

Hi there

My office is situated very near to Tahlia Street (near to Localizer mall). I'm thinking of an accommodation which is very near to my office (preferably walking distance or a short cab drive) to my office.

Is it possible to get a furnished room or a furnished studio for SAR 3,000 or less than this around this area? Heard it's quite an expensive area. Alternatively, what are your suggestions聽 ie: any other locations that I should consider ?
