hello everyone good day
i need some advice regarding to my father last name...all my siblings using a J to our birth certificate same to my parents marriage contract..and now we are using on our parents marriage contract,,but my father say that the real spell of our last name is H and this he have on his birth certificate, just confusing is all my my cousin using last name as we聽 have now too..
now my question is do i get a problem to my processing of fiancee visa?..
i heard for the CFO i might get a problem cause of this..

please give me some advice
all information are highly appreciated

As far as I understand, you have in the papers a different last name as your father.
This is perfectly normal and allowed.
Which Chief Financial Officer (CFO) would have a problem with this and why?

but is it really normal my father last name is different to his siblings?
from what i heard its complicated to my records
what i mean for commission of Filipino overseas (CFO)聽聽they were having an survey of my parents Marriage contract

If there is a problem with your father's paperwork, he should probably solve it with the relevant authorities.
For dealing with Philippino authorities, please ask on the Philippines forum, not here (Germany).
For a German visa, foreign naming conventions do not matter, as long as the papers are complete and consistent.
