Hello,

Does Vietcom Bank charge its customers with VAT if they withdraw money from one of its ATM machines? If so, how much?

Thanks,

MJC.

Yes. I think it's 1100VND. A small small amount.

That's not so bad.

I withdrew about a million earlier and I thought the machine had said VAT 100,000! Didn't get a receipt so wasn't sure.

Thanks for your reply.

MJC.

It is VND.  5000 without VAT.

I withdrew 1,500,000 so how much did they charge me?

Cheers.

Per time is for VND.  5000, but total Amount is 2.000.000, i mean maximum amount

I have a Vietcom Bank account and I don't get charge 5000vnd.  For any withdrawal I am charged 1100vnd.  I can also get a maximum of 3.000.000vnd at a time.  This is only if I use my own ATMs.  There is a slightly higher charge if it isn't my bank, but that should be a given.

I use Vietcombank ATM for my Vietcombank Account.  i can withdraw maximum VND 5,000,000, the fee is VND.  3,300.

I used a Vietcom Bank ATM. Hopefully I misread the VAT amount on the screen. I'm happy to pay 5000 vnd max each time I withdraw but not 100000.

Thanks guys for your help.

Regards,

MJC.
