Post new topic

kom340

Hello,

I'm considering an offer to move to Manila.

Can you please give me approximate accommodation rent fees of a condominium with 2-3 bedrooms not far from Makati?

Bhavna

Hi Kom340,

Consider dropping an advert in the Housing in Manila section of the website. You will be able to get some offers and compare the prices.

All the best
Bhavna

I think the estimation would range from Php 23,000 - Php 50,000, depending on the location.

Hi!
It can range from PHP 30,000 up to PHP 60,000 depending on the condominium project and where it is located. :)

if you'd bother looking at the original post you would see it was from last January.

If you have a legitimate business then why not add it to the business section with your name, location, contact information and experience?

You are legitimate aren't you?

Thanks

Hi Carmel,

I see your profile states you are a property specialist for Ayala Land Sales.  Have you listed yourself in the business section?  Doing so may increase your sales and grow your business and your profile states you wish to do.

It would also allow others simply searching the site to reach out to you for assistance.

Regards,

TeeJay

For you safety please do not post personal information on the forum, or solicitations.  You can send the information via a personal message.

If you have condos available and haven't already listed them on the site under housing. You may want to do so for other members looking for housing.

I am currently a Property Specialist of Federal Land Inc. located in the Philippines. I know who lease units in Makati. From what I know the prices may range from Php60,000.00 and up depending on the project's location and the project itself.

From what i know, foreigners are not allowed to own a land here in the Philippines. That's why most buy condominiums where the ownership of the lot is divided to the owners of the units.
