[1.] How about the situation in hospitals?
[2.] Do they more care about patients?
[3.] Are there specialist doctors in hospitals?
[4.] How about medicine availability?

1. the situation in the public hospitals is not so nice but the private sector i think is better, but then you would have to pay more

2. public sector not really. private ofcourse

3. yes

4. from what i think you asked there are hospitals here.
