I am the Executive/Brand Development Chef for a company that is opening a fine dining Mediterranean Fusion concept.  The first location will be in Hauz Khas.  Right now am I designing the kitchen, menus and all the other 1001 details that go with opening a new restaurant.  I am looking forward to getting to know some people here in Delhi.
