the best boutique restaurant in Karakoy area

When you go to Karakoy and Galata and visit Arab mosque ( An old Dominican Church) you can find this 600 years olding building from italians and there s a little restaurant聽 the cook is a housewife. An armenian couple is running it for 18 years.
