Problems with Mobile Phone

Hi Guys,

I use the mobile phone from Maxis and I face more and more problems. Event the inicator shows me 4G the voice quality is terrible. Today I received a call from the same network and still after a several call attempts there was no way to understad the other party.

If I check the internet speed provided by the mobile all looks fine and if I use Dringgg I can call normal. So internet works, just voice does not.

Any idea?

so far as i know maxis is the best n the most expensive...
if you have problem with the service provider then i seriously don't know what you can do about it... maybe try Umobile which i'm not mistaken use the maxis infrastructure for internet or Celcom... both at reasonable price... but these network not so good outside K.L from what i know... hope it helps... or maybe is ur phone... so far i don't have problem with maxis line...
