It's hot at home. Im going out for open air in Saigon river bank, Ton Duc Thang St, District 1 and then have dinner. This comes out suddenly so I ve got no one with me as planned. Somebody will go with me ? Contact : xxx

In my observation spontaneous last minute decision for going out in Saigon people is very rare..
Even very young people says that "I came home now, I cannot go out again..."
They always need to plan it previously...They usually act as old people..
