On riverside i see some people playing badminton at the evening time.

If you cant find someone here then id suggest hanging out on riverside and join the guys and girls there.

Otherwise you could try checking at the local gyms or asking high school students on their way home; many speak english fluently.

Got anywhere indoors to play here? If got I will join you but must go back to Malaysia to bring my racket here first.
