Libyan embassy in London should be able to give you the full details of required documents.

If you have a sponsor company in Libya, they can apply for the visa here too and send you the reference number to get it stamped in London.

There is also a visa on arrival facility.

I will like to know the one that is faster in either applying for it in one country or the one on arrival. Also, if i want to apply from my home country what are the documents needed to take down to Libyan embassy in my home country and do you know those that can do on arrival facility and how long does it take.
You quick responses will highly appreciated.

As I said the best place to get the latest info on required documents for visa stamping in London is the Libyan embassy in UK.

They tend to require the same documents that are required of Libyan nationals by the UK government (for visas issued in London).

Travel medical insurance, bank statements, letter of introduction from the sponsor in Libya (if any).

For visa on arrival, the processing is done by the sponsor in Libya, you will receive a fax confirming visa issuance and you can travel to Tripoli with that confirmation fax (prepare to spend a couple of hours at the airport while the original is searched for when you arrive).

This is what I have at the moment, things might have changed while I was not looking.

My company had sent me an introduction letter to apply for business visa from Nigeria and do i need reference number again and also what other documents do i need to submit with the introduction letter. Your quick response will highly be appreciated as the number of libya embassy in my country is not going through to make enquiry.

The Libyan embassy in Nigeria closed some time ago. The nearest embassy is in Accra, Ghana.
