Is it easy to find a job in academia for a woman around jubail?

Dear all,

So my husband will be moving to jubail as an expat at the end of the month and I am planning on following him. I am currently working towards my Ph.D. in the US and I also have a Msc in engineering from France. I am aware of all the restrictions for women in KSA and I wanted to know if I could easily find a job in academia or at least in industry around Jubail and if the salary would follow?聽

There are international schools, although I'm not sure what the hiring situation is there. Khobar - about an hour away - is pretty much guaranteed to have some jobs however.

You can not work if you are on your husband iqama. To do a job here you need sponsor (employer) other than your husband to able to work here. This is wt I heard frm people around.
