Documents required for Spousal permit?

Hi. can anyone help with required documents when applying for spousal permit (married).Thanks

my wife and I have just gone thru the process. we did it ourselves. Were married in Cape Town in April. my wife was here intially on 3 month tourist visa ( extended once). she then returned to Philippines to apply for relatives permit, which was granted for 2 years ( extendable). My understanding is that she can only apply for permament residence after 5 years. docs required included:-

1) medical report
2) Xray report
3) application form
4) copy of marriage certificate

we were told that it was posible to apply to DHA in SA. However, the law here states visa must be applied for in country of origin. so thats what we did. hope this helps.
