I want to study in Japan and i am looking for a City- Fukuoka

Hi,
I am Roshan from Nepal.
I want to study in Japan and i am looking for a City.
I wan to apply for Fukuoka.
I have listened that, nowadays it's very difficult for visa problem after 6 months when we reach there, for nepalese.
And there, it's difficult also to do job
What i have listened, is that true?
In the city- Fukuoka, how is the lifestyle for nepalese?
Please, Someone make me clear about this

I've met a number of Japanese who spend a lot of time in Nepal.聽 Perhaps it is the climate similarity of
Sapporo with Nepal as to why so many from Sapporo spend so much time in Nepal.聽 You might consider Sapporo as a possible destination in Japan.
