How to get certificate of no marriage in Dubai?

Good Morning to All!

My name is Sandy. I am a Filipino and planning to get married in Belgium with myBelgian Boyfriend.
upon application for the marriage in Belgium the municipality there asked me to get a Certificate of no marriage issued by Dubai Municipality. is there someone here who have encountered to get this certificate from Dubai? thanking you in advance

I hope your passport will show them the clarity on your current status which will be consider instead of certificate.

I hope so, but us in Philippines passport it doesn't show there our status

I guess you should contact your consulate office for more clarification and guidance.
