I've checked aerobics at Mall 1. I met 3 trainers, all of them full of enthusiasm. For sure I lost a lot of calories and water:) Unfortunately part of that is because of not very efficient air-condition and overcrowded small room. What I missed was technical remarks from trainers which could make the exercises most effective for most of girls. Price: 350 LE for 12 classes (1 month) To sum up Fitmyway is full of positive energy and smile but I would give a big minus for lack of space and showers.

Now I joined aerobics at the Sport Club - 150 LE for 12 classes.
Much, much better facility. I think I will try gym as well because it looks good. Less intense exercises than in the Mall but at least you can breath. And again trainers should be more demanding, but maybe I was very lucky when my trainers in Poland used to push us a lot

....and if trainers counted in English not in Arabic....it would be a good language lesson as well
