Great stuff and so good that you're Irish 

so the house is a 3 bedroom. In a gated compound. i liked that its in a safe area and its got some good finishing. beautiful garden. the owner is asking for 110,000 shillings. so the split would be 55,000 each.

I will be going there over the weekend and i could take photos for you.
was looking to move over the last week of this month to get it all ready, that's if its still available but will know over the weekend anyway.
