I think Jupiter St. could be a great hang out place. It has a lot of restaurants and KTVs. could be considered a "golden mile" of foodies and with people who just want to have great time.

i like BGC more... the place is very beautiful.听 i recommend also Valkyrie... :-)

Quezon city (along Tomas Morato) and Metrowalk in Ortigas are good too! And yes, Valkyrie and Jupiter St are both great places to hangout.
