I personally know some very good Doctors about 80km from their. But, any good Doctor that is in that area would tell you that you need to go to HCM, Ha Noi or Da Nang for that level of treatment. Most expats would say that you need to go to Singapore or Bangkok.

If it is an absolute emergency. Try to get into a VN Army Hospital in Nha Trang.
