New to Cologne and dont know a soul....

I have just moved to Cologne from Vancouver, and am feeling a little lost. I do not know anyone and am looking for people who like to have fun and try new things. I want to see the sights, go to clubs, and travel throughout Europe on little weekend trips. I am a pretty laid back person, but finding someone to have fun with is turning out to be quite difficult....any tips?

Hi!  There is a Thursday Nights Drink Club in Cologne that meets at Jameson's pub in Friesenplatz most Thursdays.  I have only gone a few times but plan on being there tomorrow about 8oclock(the 3rd).  There are a lot of expats who go there, as well as native Germans who want to practice English.

Hi,

I have been living in Germany for a couple of years now. I love the country but, to be honest, I do not have many friends :0( Anyway, i would really like to meet new people and add new friends to my currently short list.

Regards,

Farinelli
