Hi Habib

Please note that you can either contact the Brazilian embassy in charge of Afghanistan and ask them for instructions.  If you were present in Brazil you would have to contact the Policia Federal and ask them for assistance in regards to claiming asylum.

We wish you the best of luck

Hi all, i want to know please how long can i stay outside Brazil with my Asylum protocol.

I seek asylum 8months ago and i gave birth to my baby also in Brazil and i got her passport already but i do not have enough time to apply for my RNE because i quickly travelled to meet my husband in qatar.

Now i have spent 8months outside but my Asylum document is stil valid, can i return to brazil with this document or i need to apply again for visa.

You need a current visa to board a plane to Brazil. You should go to the nearest Brazilian
Embassy or Consulate.

The asylee may not leave the country without the express authorization of the Brazilian government; an asylee who does so renounces his/her status as an asylee and is not allowed to reenter the country.
Did you clear exit with PF? If not you need a get a visa.
