What area to search for apartment north of the river

Does anyone have suggestions on what areas north of the river that I should search for an apartment in Nha Trang? I will wait until after TET to start my search.

Other areas I am searching are V末nh 膼i峄乵 Trung / Doc Let / Cam Ranh / Phuong Dung / Dien Khanh and up in the hills. A 20 to 30 minute drive to Nha Trang is OK for me.

Most important to me is peace and quiet and I know this is not easy.

V末nh 膼i峄乵 Trung聽 area is best bet, walking distance to Big C supermarket and 2km to beach and city. The rent average is 6 mils vnd, fully funished. Some good apartment is opposite to supermarket. If you can read Vietnamese then you should go to local website below to look for your accommodation.
