Is there any official document issued for your friend? like specific POA regarding this subject or vehicle sale agreement. If the answer is no, she can immediately file a criminal lawsuit against the person who receive the amount transferred.

I think there is no POA issued , My friend seems to have found someone that will be in charge of the case, thanks Ahmed for your help

I got banned for a week for trying to help one expat collegue, so he don't get deported,or to assist an American whom her husband banned her from leaving the country, and in the middle, i get banned and client got deported cause there was no way to contact her as she was here online.
I know western society don't care of other people problems and they don't care if someone gets into trouble, he needs immediate help,
As I lived 15 years almost as an expat, I needed someone or a website to help me to get assistance.
