Registering US marriage

Me and my wife (shes brazilian) are about to register our marriage for our move back to brazil,I cant seem to find any info on how to do that at the consulate. The Marriage section is gone and has something about the
1961 Hague Convention.Curious if any one knows the direction to point me in thanks.I emailed the consulate as well no reply..Like Normal

If you scroll down you'll see some instructions.

You need to take an Original license to the appropriate consulate depending on where the marriage was performed. You will need to get the marriage registered. I recommend certifying the marriage certificate (the consulate will put a stamp on the back certifying it's authenticity) the registering of the marriage means they will give you a document that you will take to brazil to assist you getting the brazilian marriage license (based on your american one)
