No I haven't move yet, we are waiting for the visa and should be moving in the next month or so.

Jubail is a very good and calm place, especially Fanateer area, I used to go fishing in winter, I like a lot walking and reading in the gardens in Fanateer area and Nakheel beach
The only disadvantage here is the summer season, Jubail is a very small city with a very small malls, you can't a find a large indoor space for walking, therefore you have to go to Khobar or Bahrain to walk in large malls.

But thanks to God this summer season issue will end by September
