1. dusk til dawn
its directly across the street from Pontoon but its in a building.. you take the elevator to top floor and then walk 1 more flight up
you can google it " dusk til dawn"
how long you been in cambodia ?聽 i would assume you know of some places

Lets be friends, I feel horribly lonely in pnomh penh been here for 6 months and dont speak the native tongue, been working alot and the stress is catching up! Just a drink and start a new friendship would be ideal.
