I have a friend that wants her cousin to come visit. How long is one granted a tourist visa, and what is the extension time, procedure?

Visitors are granted Tourist Visas based on their duration of stay!

For visitors entitled for a visa on arrival, they get a 10 days visa for a fee of 5 OMR. It can be extended for another 10 days for another 5 OMR.

If the duration of stay is more than 10 days, visitors get a 30 days visa for a fee of 20 OMR, and it can be extended for another month for another 20 OMR.
