It depends what you're looking for, though we rented a 1 BR on the beach in Vina del Mar last August - November for about $400/month.聽 The range we saw was from $400 - $850 for furnished 1 bedrooms.聽 You'll want to work an additional $175 - $250 a month into your budget to cover building fees, internet, gas, and electricity.
