Hi, l married a lovely lady last August in Addis. Our plan was for her to come to England and live here. The government put paid to that idea, because of the 拢18,600 threshold. I am a pensioner and have no chance of having that sort of income.l then decided l will go to Ethiopia and live with my wife instead.
聽聽 l was then informed that I must be married to Amy for 2 years before we can apply for a residency card. I don't know if there are any other restrictions. It is doing my head in!
